There will be a community garage sale in the Porter Heights area on Friday 5/21 & Saturday 5/22. Golden Trails and the North Country neighborhoods will be participating.

The April Golden Trails HOA Board Meeting will be held at The Pavilion on Thursday April 8 6:00 PM. Residents in good standing are welcome to attend and we will be happy to answer any questions at the conclusion of the meeting.

The May Golden Trails HOA Board Meeting will be held at 16040 Pinewood Dr, Thursday May 9 7:00 PM. Residents in good standing are welcome to attend and we will be happy to answer any questions at the conclusion of the meeting.
Golden Trails will be holding a Neighborhood Yard Sale on Saturday and Sunday April 27th-28th Saturday May 18th between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. We have postponed the sale in order to reach more of our residents via our mailed newsletter.
If at least 15 families commit to hold a sale than we will purchase advertising in neighborhood publications to attract more buyers. If you would like to participate then please confirm via the contact us page.
We need Volunteers to assist us with cleaning up the park on Saturday, March 30th. If you would like to help please let us know via the Contact Us page.
In the event of rain the cleanup day will be postponed to Sunday, March 31st.
