The East Montgomery County Improvement District (EMCID) will be hosting their annual Shred-It! event at the R.B Tullis Library on Sat May 7th, 2022. The event will run between 8AM – 2PM.

The February Golden Trails HOA Board Meeting will be held at The Park Building on Tuesday Mar 8th 6:00 PM. Residents in good standing are welcome to attend and we will be happy to address any items during the “Community Concerns” portion of the agenda.
The contractor performing the work has advised that the outage will occur on Tue Feb 8th between 9AM – 3PM. It is possible that the outage may last beyond 3PM.

The Maple Heights development is making waterline improvements along Holly Street. Their contractor will be notifying District residents that live west of the William Airport/Maple Heights Development of the planned water outage. The water outage is planned for some time next week and is expected to last five hours. We will provide an update once the details have been confirmed. Please monitor the District’s Facebook page, website (www.portersud.com), and your email for updates. Be sure that your email is up-to-date by contacting the District Office at (281)354-5922 or you can email us at customerservice@portersud.com.

There will be a community garage sale in the Porter Heights area on Friday 5/21 & Saturday 5/22. Golden Trails and the North Country neighborhoods will be participating.
