Please join us at our 2021 Summer General Meeting with the HOA Board of Directors. It will be held inside the building at the Golden Trails Park.

Tuesday, July 27th at 6:30 PM.

Among the general business we will vote on amending our Deed Restrictions with the following:

• Proposed change of language for fence approvals
• Proposed update requirement on the cutting down of trees for new structures
• Proposed update for transfer fee
• Proposed update for special assessment fees
• Proposed update to annual expenditures for office supplies

We will also be holding the annual vote for President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Director positions 1-5.

All HOA members in good standing will be eligible to vote. Full details are on the document attached.
